Wow. I think we're witnessing the beginning of a House downward spiral. I know Cuddyclothes is going to be psyched!
That was very bold of House to be so upfront with Cuddy in that final scene.
"You're KissMyAsthma99?"
Brilliant.
Loved the karaoke.
The PotW lactating? EW!
I was terrified House was going to drink the breast milk coffee first and then I thought he would give it to Wilson. Thankfully, neither happened.
Eva Amurri sure does have her mother's eyes.

Loved House/13 scenes. Loved House/Taub scenes, and I really liked TAub thanking House for trying to save his marriage.
House/Chase/Foreman
House/Cuddy was heartbreaking. He admitted to her that he really wants to be more than just friends.
House looked so intense after she left.
We are seeing the start of his downfall.
Oh, and House waking up in a poor kid's bed, haha.

This was pretty good. I LOVED the "Midnight Train to Georgia" scene, and God bless Chase for not the changing the lyrics so that he'd be lusting after a woman.
I was not at all impressed with the patient's attitude toward his own sexuality, and good on his fiancee for leaving at the end. Though, the final diagnosis did remind me just a little too much of the floating kidney from "Don't Ever Change."
I liked the House/Cuddy scene. While it made blatant House's (and Cuddy's) feelings, the fact that she was able to walk away shows a lot of strength on her part and a sign of growth from last season.
And seriously? Only two episodes left? Where has this season gone?
ETA: And I'm both terrified and excited to watch House beginning to fall again. Both drinking and online gambling. This isn't going to be pretty.

"Sodomy, one of the top 10 household accidents."
I LOL'd.
The karaoke was pretty groovy.
I blame Wilson for House's downward spiral. If he just admitted that House was his soulmate none of this would be happening.

Attention all lesbians - move to Princeton, NJ immediately. Apparently all lesbians in that town are unbelievably gorgeous.
From the way they cut the coming attractions, I thought the karaoke was going to be horrible. They were good.
POTW - dull. Fiance of POTW - Susan Sarandon's daughter.
I think House is actually getting better. Last year at this time he hallucinated that he told Cuddy he needs her. Tonight he basically did. "Funny, that's the last thing I want us to be." (And boy did he look hot when he said it. And poor Cuddy has to go home from that to... Lucas???)

The karaoke scene was the best thing ever! I was little disappointed though because Korbi or Kristen one said this was going to be a Chase-heavy episode and it definitely wasn't. Overall, it was a pretty good episode. Thirteen was her usual annoying self. I don't think she has the right to judge someone for wanting to live his life the way he wants to just because she wants something else for her life. It his HIS choice just much as it's HER choice. I don't believe Taub will call off his affair for long. It does look like House might be spiraling downward. I wish it wasn't linked to his feelings for Cuddy though.
fffaw- 05-03-2010
He sure did look hot professing his feelings for Cuddy. The thought of going home to Lucas is appalling.
Nurse Jeffrey is back! And bitchy, just the way we like him.
I didn't like the PotW - whether it was the actor or the fact that the character was desperate to ignore/change his sexuality. That whole aspect of the story really bummed me out.
Namaste- 05-03-2010
POTW: "I'm as straight as the rest of you."
Thirteen: ---
Me: Heee!
I had to rewind to watch that reaction again. It was golden. (And a tremble in her hand as she's drinking. House doesn't have the only downward spiral, it would seem.)
It's enjoyable to see House getting along with others, and heartbreaking to see what else is going on, but the fact that he actually had fun with his team (though he's in denial about it) is good to see.
I wouldn't say that I liked the patient. I don't think we were supposed to like him, after all, but I enjoyed seeing the way that it then played out with his former boyfriend and his fiancee, and the price that he's paying for his lies.
Poeia- 05-03-2010
But he's not just trying to live his life the way he wants to -- he was affecting his fiancee with that decision. She at least has a right to know that becoming straight was a conscious decision on his part because if she believes, as I do, that sexual orientation is basically hardwired in a person, then she needs to be able to make an informed choice as to whether or not to marry him.
Oh. And poor Wilson. Because so far everything with Sam is wonderful but she's going to turn out to be a heartless bitch who's going to rip his heart out and he will have already kicked House out. So he'll be along and feeling guilty about House at the same time.
radiosweetheart- 05-03-2010
13's reaction was perfect. Loved it!
Manicman- 05-03-2010
The breast milk part was funny ,disgusting, and terrifying. As someone who's had a serious problem with online poker, I was gratified to see House playing also. Cause I relate to him a lot.
A month ago, on wikipedia, the episode description was House must make a choice between his own needs and his desire for a relationship with Cuddy. That's what I thought the title meant. I wonder what happened to that, and maybe that might be the material for the finale or opening of season 7.
fffaw- 05-03-2010
Yeah, I have to agree with Poeia. I believe sexuality is hardwired. The guy wasn't so much making a "choice" as lying to himself. There was an enormous potential for him to hurt his fiancee. I don't blame 13 in the slightest for judging him. I would too. Do what you want with your life, but don't involve someone else and not give them the full information so that they can choose whether or not they want to be a part of your life.
Heck, if he was honest about also desiring men and she was willing and they wanted an open marriage, sure. Fine. That's a choice. But not being honest to her and himself? Not so much.
ETA: I realize I'm being harsh. I feel very sad that people are raised or made to feel so bad about who they really are that feel that they need to change to the extent that the PotW did. That's the real crime. I think those conversion therapy places are complete and utter bullshit and I wish they would prosecute the people who run them.

I loved the Thirteen/House interactions. "You're intelligent, successful, and attract anything that moves." (Did Wilson pay her to House-sit, too, or did she volunteer?) This was the first time I've ever thought that I might not actually run screaming from the room if there was a House/Thirteen fling somewhere in the future.
Why isn't anybody concerned that House is either sleepwalking or losing his way home? That's a pretty serious symptom of some altered mental status, there, Doctors ...
Wilson. Dude. Get a clue.
filmlover- 05-03-2010
Why isn't anybody concerned that House is either sleepwalking or losing his way home?
My friend also wondered why there didn't seem to be that much concern that House was apparently so drunk that he entered the wrong apartment and slept in a kid's bed.
Cuddy seemed concerned briefly in the beginning when she stated that he shouldn't be drinking.
This could be the reason Wilson is paying the fellows to hang out with House. He is worried that House was getting that drunk alone.
I did like that House actually enjoyed himself with his fellows.
