I almost forgot. I was walking past a Waterworks store yesterday and they had the canoe in the window. It's on page 17 of the Bathtubs Book. It's name is .25 an it's 70" long, 40" wide and 29" high. No wonder HL was able to disappear below the rim.

If personal space was the issue, Wilson should have berated House for not respecting his privacy and demanded that from now on House should let him know first, before he's going to use the tub. Instead he just entirely denied House the tub. Doesn't make sense (and how girly of Wilson to be so touchy about his bathroom ) so I'll have to agree with what wintertide said, it was basically just bad writing to create a conflict. I interpreted it as a difference in feelings of intimacy. House feels comfortable sharing his morning glory with Wilson and his nekkid body. In contrast, Wilson wants there to be some sort of boundary. When they were in the bathroom, Wilson banned House from bedroom. When he confronts House at the hospital, Wilson claims he banned House from his tub. I understand where Wilson was coming from. House doesn't have any boundaries when it comes to Wilson. And as much as Wilson loves House, waking up in the morning to your roommate singing in your bathroom is probably a bit much. I did think it was interesting that the first person Wilson hollered for when he the oppossum was House - which meant House would have to come in his bedroom and his bathroom. Also, Wilson also ran screaming for House when the sprinklers went off in their apartment. Those two scenes made me think husband and wife.

TRITTER: Dr. Foreman, the way you talk, you think you never committed any crimes yourself. Now, you and Dr. House, you are both cold bastards. You don't give a damn about your brother, and you can't stand House. But I do expect you to take this deal, because you hate hypocrisy more. House has had a thousand chances. You had two chances. Why is your brother stuck at one? In this episode Foreman says that Marcus has been in and out of jail multiple times. Ooops.

Tritter wasn't much of a detective would be my explanation.
