I didn't think Wilson intended House to actually meet his brother at all. I agree that he would realize House is way too loose a cannon to be brought in, even when his intentions are good. Wilson's nature is to placate, mediate, ameliorate and House would shoot straight through all that to the uncomfortable and unprepared heart of the matter. And he might miss. I think Wilson just was a little put out that House's attention was withdrawn right as he needed the final bit of support to go in. But it would have been selfish of him not to realize that what House was doing wasn't personally dismissive, he was helping to save a life, that's who he is. Wilson's a doc too and he knows House, so I think he pretty much sucked it up and processed it pretty quickly and went on in. I don't think Wilson had any reason to be hurt there in any long term way at all, and I don't think he was. He got most of the moral support he needed and he met his brother. And once he met him, he realized that maybe some of House's methods and observational gifts could be helpful to him after all, so he asked him to meet him later. Well done on both of them.
