I love Taub - "a love like this should fly free!"
The virgin birth - BWAHAHAHA! Oh, House! That was spectacular.
Holy crap - Kutner was a bully?! Didn't see that one coming at all. Nice.
Foreteen!!!!
ETA: House is moving back to Mondays in January? Against Gossip Girl? DAMN IT!
Also, I'm glad that Natalie got to hold her baby and know that she was okay before she died.

Lots to think about and write about after rewatching. It's so nice to have an episode that I want to rewatch right away.
I find it hard to believe that the science fiction geek, Kutner, was a bully.
But, most of all, oh clinic patients, how I've missed you. Welcome back.

I was so happy to see clinic patients. Asthma Inhaler Lady was genius.

I loved the clinic patients, but I want Ausiello's cut of the episode. Of all the scenes they could have cut, they had to cut the scene with Chase and Cameron? And I didn't notice a "special moment" between House and Cuddy either. Their scene at the end wasn't all that touching. What was supposed to be tear-jerking? The clinic patients were the highlight of the episode. Taub had a good moment. Chase and Kutner confronting the kids from Hogwarts was good too. I love take-charge Chase.
I want to know HOW asthma lady thought that could possibly work. And doctors are supposed to demonstrate inhalers when they perscribe them, so some of the blame goes on her doctor's shoulders.

Interesting episode, not quite sure what I think think about it.
Love the virgin birth thing though.

Clinic was good, House being nice was good. The rest...WTF?!? How contrived, lame, ridiculous, and sappy can you get? I was cringing with embarrassment for LE! I mean really, can they go more overboard with metaphors and parallels (virgin birth)? That whole Cuddy finding the baby in an abandoned house (especially because the assumption would be its dead and a police matter) and then walking around with it? What show is this? I can't even think of a show that would do such a ridiculous thing minus a soap. And to add to the sappiness - Kutner apologizing to the guy he bullied? What?!?

I was fine and loved this ep until the final Foreteen kiss. Ecch.
It was also transparently a lie when Wilson started talking about "Irene Adler" - any Holmesian knows her as the intellectual equal and the closest Sherlock ever came to a relationship with a woman.
Did anybody else feel that the "unlikely pregnant girl" bit was recycled from "Kids"?
Clinic patient with asthma inhaler was hysterical - I love watching HL try not to laugh.

What was supposed to be tear-jerking?
Well, for me, I started to tear up a bit when Cuddy found the baby and took her to the hospital.

My main thought...it's now canon that Wilson at least occasionally refers to House as 'Greg'. :)
What bothered me about the episode...premature baby surviving 3 weeks in conditions like that? I found that hard to swallow.
Loved the clinic patients. Prank was fun.
Wish I hadn't read the spoilers. I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed. I don't know why, or what I was expecting. Silly me to think that House might actually get Wilson a present.
I thought the ending with House & Cuddy was a little sad, actually, Cuddy's dream is there and she's obviously happy. What about House's dream? Guess if he got that, the show would be over.

Was is confirmed that Wilson wrote a note addressed to "Greg"?

Irene Adler reference FTW!
And I'm guessing that Kutner bullied the guy in high school because he was small (sure seems like he still is), and the geek/foster kid/saw his parents killed felt the need to strike out and the poor guy was the only target even further down the social ladder than he was.
Being only mildly spoiled, I was sure that Cuddy was going to end up with a baby, but I'm glad that the baby was something she did for herself (finding her, contacting the lawyer, etc.) and show that she's ready to make this risk again, rather than House somehow getting Joy back for her as some kind of a "gift."

I find it hard to believe that the science fiction geek, Kutner, was a bully.
Kutner strikes me as a bit jocky as well as science nerdy. I can see the bully thing. High school is a food chain, even those lower on the scale pick on people underneath them.
The Irene Adler bit totally cracked me up.
Oh and the "fireman strippers" bit - priceless look from HL.

That whole Cuddy finding the baby in an abandoned house (especially because the assumption would be its dead and a police matter) and then walking around with it?
I guess she thought she could channel Temperence Brennen. Really, who wouldn't want to find a dead baby with three weeks worth of decay going on? Everything about Cuddy was contrived. Since when does she sit in on differentials? How exactly did she get so involved in this case anyway?

LOL True.

Wilson said he wrote it.
