Love House tormenting Kutner and Taub at the end.
Oh House and Cuddy. You two really need to get it together.

Oh, House. You bastard. You sweet, sweet bastard.
I wonder if this means that House knows Cuddy's mom? That would have been a weird conversation.
I love Kutner and Taub. May be one of my new OTPs.
Also, if you're going to be a hooker, that is definitely the way to go.

House is socially inept. Ugh. I actually wondered if it was Wilson who ordered the desk, not House, hoping Cuddy would think it was House (I still think House did it, but Wilson did cross my mind). And my heart is breaking for Cuddy, especially after the 'fondle' and doubly so at the end.
And I KNEW House was behind the singing patient! Ha. I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. Sorry, had to get that out of my system.
Good episode, I liked it. At one point I realized I was sitting there with a big, stupid grin on my face. This episode was layered. It's what I've come to expect from this show...so much going on, multi-stories at once, the various characters used well (okay, so I always appreciate more Wilson), the patient was interesting, good stuff.

I must admit to smiling more with this episode than most others in the entire series run.
But oh, House. That desk is a completely House thing to do. HE can be incredibly romantic--and that's a perfect House thing to do. He wanted to make a grand gesture -- he was talking to Taub about giving something to get something. and House is unconventional.

The House and Cuddy storyline made less and less sense as the episode went on. I'm not exaggerating, I seriously didn't understand what was going on about halfway through. The random boobgrab was funny, though.
Everything with Kutner and Taub (and Chase and Cameron) was amazing. LOL.

You know the great thing about House's prank was that it wasn't just the final scene, it was the fact that the entire Taub/Kutner B (C?) plot was all House's prank. I'll have to see how that affects the re-watch, just watching for House's hand in each discussion with them. ('Cause you just know he told Cameron or Chase to page them in the middle of a DDX.)
Sweet that House does something completely Housian in terms of the physical "next step" with Cuddy, then surprises her with something that's truly sweet. Of course his persona (and prank) then completely backfires on him just as Cuddy is truly pleased and sees something new in him.

Seriously.
Loved Wilson's "That ball saves lives." And House and Cuddy's ball conversation. Definitely not enough H/W, and more 13 than I need, but I liked it. Taub and Kutner make a good twosome. And yeah I just knew House was in on the website thing, and that implant girl wasn't dead, and I loved that whole scene with House, Kutner and Taub. This was a really good one - definitely need to re-watch.

Within this story line, would House going after the "actress" be his form of philandering?

The desk thing was awesome! So sweet. Loved that House knew about the on-line clinic all along. And the ending in the morgue was just great! I smiled so big, pretty much knowing at that point, that House was behind it.

Damn you, Lisa, you broke my heart again tonight. I'm the anti-Huddy, but that look on her face when she saw House with Lydia the Tattooed Not-Dead Lady made me want to cry. (Yes, I know her name isn't Lydia, but never let the facts get in the way of a good old song reference.)
Just me, or did anyone else think the PotW looked like the love child of Sally Field and Julia Roberts?
And I actually found myself caring about 13. What's happening to me?
A good ep. I'll probably have more to say as I read others' comments.

It's like House has it in him to be a really decent human, but his genius gets in the way.

The end of the episode finding out that House, Actress, Chase and Cameron were all in on the joke was very funny. But getting to the end of the episode was a long, tedious, boring ride. On the positive side, it's fun that House and Chase are working like the potential "partners in crime" that they could be. On the negative, I think it's a shame that we're getting flashback's of 13's life when no other character--not even House--has warranted such. I'm really, really tired of The 13 Show. She's like the B plot of every episode where she's not the A plot. I felt bad for Cuddy when House grabbed her breast. That was demeaning and rude and it's no wonder she seemed hurt. She should have kicked him in the groin right then and there instead of walking off. The desk was a nice gesture, maybe even romantic. Seeing Cuddy's heart broken AGAIN when she saw House with the actress was kind of sad though.

I have to say, I'm a little disappointed in Cuddy for not knowing better. The boob grab scene was weird, it started out with them being their usual selves and then she went and turned it seriously romantic and expected him to do the same?
For the most part, while she's obviously got feelings for him, she's been holding back because she knows better but that scene, she just kind of threw herself at him out of nowhere. I didn't like it, so I had a hard time feeling for her at the end, it was more I was glad she got a reminder of who she's dealing with.
Can 13 and Foreman ride off in the sunset together? Because, seriously, Kutner and Taub just rocked it together. DDX with House, Kutner, and Taub, that's what I want to see more of. It made me realize just how much 13 and Foreman drag those scenes down.
Speaking of which, Foreteen is boring. And 13 does not deserve flashbacks, although they reminded me of the flashbacks in Pet Semetary, with the older sister.
And Kutner telling everyone that he renewed his subsription to National Geographic just made me smile. I love the stuff he gets enthusiastic about.

I was thinking Sally Field/Reese Witherspoon.
