Wooow. I just watched this episode for the second time (finally got season 4 on DVD) and I was still amazed even after knowing the patient was Amber this time around. It's a brilliant episode even without the mystery... dare I say I enjoyed it more than Wilson's Heart. Sure, Wilson's Heart was great and got me to tear up, but there's something about looking directly into House'd mind, seeing how House figures things out, and the general "spooky" atmosphere of the episode that makes me want to watch the episode over and over and over.
... and listening to the director's commentary helps pick up the little hints that I missed the first time I saw it. I'd definitely reccoment it to anyone who has the DVDs.
I hope you're right Boffle - These episodes deserve an Emmy nomination at the very least. (it'd be great if HH and WH were counted as the one ep).
Call me nerdy, but that bears a very strong resemblance to Hugh's handwriting :D .
Very strong. I'd almost guarantee that House wrote it.... which is just downright cute of him to do.
(I couldn't find some good shots of his handwriting, but here's a shot of
House's whiteboard (the "E" definitely matches whats on the toilet stall), and the writing on the
House soundtrack definitely matches it. (and thats meant to be House's handwriting on the soundtrack))
