I've been rewatching this and, if they gave out Emmys for one scene, HL would deserve it for the "jumping out of a plane" scene with Evan near the end. He is nothing short of breathtaking.

I rewatched the one scene with Chase in this last night. About the department head thing, Cameron said, "I have a whole department...." before Cuddy cut her off to tell her that she had the best kept records and to bring up the 4th floor janitor's closet. So, for me, that clears up any question about Cameron's department head status and the interviews with Jesse and Katie Jacobs have cleared up any question about Chase's department head status. No wonder 40 people wanted to work for House... you can go from fellow to department head in an unrelated field in one leap. :roll:
