And if House doesn't fire Anne Dudek's character I'm heading down to Princeton to put her out of commission. She was willing to let a patient die while she finished a test because she thought the results of the test would get her the job. Unfortunately if they had been able to get the test completed if I understood correctly how it worked they would have known that the meds hadn't been taken as the threadworm infection would have shown up and ultimately the patient wouldn't have died.

OMG "I love you." OMG! H/W forever!!!!! And even though the 2 of them were checking out Cuddy's sweet ass, they were thinking about how she would fit in a threesome I am sure, b/c we still get H/W together in that! :) Wilson was looking HOT! And the return of the pink!shirt! I enjoyed the episode, and it made me cry, all good things. And can I say "I love you!!!!"

WAIT WHO WROTE THIS EPISODE?!?!?! LET ME CREATE A SHRINE TO THEM.

"I Love You" Finally!

galaxygirl- 10-09-2007

I'll re-watch it again just for the "I love you" scene. and watch again, and again, and again, until it's on youtube and then I'll probably break my poor iPod.

sautomne- 10-09-2007

I LOVE YOU! THE PATIENT'S DOG! More later.

sweet fern- 10-09-2007

Hear! Hear! Poeia. That's what I hated too. That and Wilson first saying "you don't know you haven't been there" and then getting all mad and saying "you've had two near-death experiences why did you need to do this?" Get a clue Wilson. And, um, Cuddy? If House is responsibe for the patient's death because he hired 13--er, who a, made him hire a team and b, hired him? If it's all the fault of the person responsible for the hiring, that buck stops with....Cuddy. Did I mention I officially hate c-tb? Was I the only one dreading with fear and trembling the possible fall-out from "why did you call me?" and the....shudder...touching? Just me? Okay, I'm paranoid. 13 and cut-throat bitch plus Foreman's former (snert) female team member are all Cameron. I think that's what squicked me out.

merlin7- 10-09-2007

WOW...I was pretty sure I couldn't hate 13 anymore than I did already, but I was wrong. House was sacrificed for her. He was wrong so SHE could be right. Shoot me now! Once again, the Chase bits were awesome. I love Scooter and I love the blond bitch. Can she kill 13 and hide the body and stay? Cause 13 is taking up Chase screentime and needs to die. And Foreman? Blech. Just watching him running a team made me sick. He sucks. Chase could run a team, but some idiot gave Foreman the job? Oh yeah...2 idiots. That woman at Mercy and Cuddy did offer. But Cuddy didn't offer it to Chase? Wow. House doing the knife/socket thing made no sense but to keep him away. Horrible ep for me. Horrible. And OE? He was bad bad bad tonight. Bad. ::Spits horrible taste out of mouth left after watching this horrible ep:: The dog dying did make me cry.

>"I love you" Well, that certainly made my day! Also; "Hey Wilson, I'm going to cut a cripple's eyeball out! Wanna watch?" "Good times." I have to admit the death scene with the dog made me really weepy. One thing though - I kinda felt like it was a possibility that the PotW didn't take the pills on purpose. He said that he was tired of being stuck in that body in pain and he'd rather just let it be over. Maybe he tossed them on the floor when 13 was getting him water and the dog got them. Doggies do tend to snarf whatever they find. Isn't it interesting that both patients died (and well, so did House for a minute)? Have we ever seen that?

iamdaffodils- 10-09-2007

So who got fired - the twins and the girl who's not 13 or 24?

olivia720- 10-09-2007

Loved this ep!! so much great stuff! loved the House temporarily killing himself! Loved the "I love you!" I think its good that they have people die once in a while, to keep it realistic. This ep was perfect, imo. One thing though - I kinda felt like it was a possibility that the PotW didn't take the pills on purpose. He said that he was tired of being stuck in that body in pain and he'd rather just let it be over. Maybe he tossed them on the floor when 13 was getting him water and the dog got them. Doggies do tend to snarf whatever they find. thats a really good point. that's prolly the case.

RNwannabe- 10-09-2007

Actually, I love the Ann Dudek character. She is a female House. I would rather see this than a "new" Cameron. House in a doo-rag is just wrong. ICK!

saara_zaara- 10-09-2007

WAIT WHO WROTE THIS EPISODE?!?!?! LET ME CREATE A SHRINE TO THEM. Garrett Lerner I think (wrote Acceptance, Meaning, Cane & Able, FP). IMO that was one of the most intriguing eps I've ever seen & certainly to my mind the best one this season so far. The only thing that really annoyed me was Foreman, who was way too smug for my taste. Astounding that the writers had both patients die, and didn't pull any punches there. The "not watching" the pills being taken harks back to the warfarin-induced necrosis (IIRC) with the dosing issues between Chase & Cameron during the Volger arc, with much more dramatic impact.

olivia720- 10-09-2007

Yeah I didn't like the do-rag either. not hot.

radiosweetheart- 10-09-2007

Except for the fact that I can't see an animal in any sort of pain without crumbling into a sobbing mess (ask my sister about the time she went to see Babe Pig in the City with me...) the episode didn't disappoint. My theory about re-testing the afterlife is that for House it's akin to my tendency to re-examine my reaction to pot on a bi-annual basis. What if I was wrong and it's great? I don't want to miss out! But I'm still floating on the casual My Fair Lady quoting pain med dispensing loved Wilson to really be too thoughtful.
