Yes, we can agree to disagree--the beauty of this show is that at some point, we're all going to do that about something :D .

And I just want to thank jair for having the energy and desire to stick with this long after I couldn't keep it up anymore. I am envious of your ability to describe, analyze, and explain your points. I agree with everything you've written on this issue (and many other issues), and I wish I could say it all as well as you do. I really like what you wrote about how this show doesn't spell things out for us, and we are expected to connect the dots ourselves. While I don't like it when fans make things up out of thin air to fit their desires for the characters, I do think we are meant to connect the dots of the story that is presented. Your (and my) interpretation of this arc fits perfectly well and is not something we have made-up out of thin air.
