For me, this was the episode that cemented, in my mind, the fact that Foreman is a piece of slime. I'm with you there. I wanted to strangle him.

Cuddy: Better hope he never finds out that that was your idea. Wilson: He’d never believe it. House: She lied to me. She cured my patient with my diagnosis, then lied to me about it. Wilson: That doesn’t sound like her. House: You’re right. It does sound like you, though. So, what happened in the intervening year and a half that made him assume it was Wilson and not Cuddy? Was the fact that their friendship was -- not broken but maybe a little dented -- a factor in how the Tritter arc played out?

For me, this was the episode that cemented, in my mind, the fact that Foreman is a piece of slime.... But, after Cameron finds out that House had cured Richard, she tells Foreman. And later Foreman says "The hallucinations and seizures indicate problems in the temporal lobe. Sorry, House. Looks like you’re wrong, again." Maybe the problems can be solved but that doesn't change my agreement with Poeia Foreman is a piece of slime who thinks he knows a lot more than he actually does about diagnostics. Foreman was always most likely to take delight in the idea of House--or anyone else--being wrong. His ego and need to show off what he knows kept him from really learning all he could from House. This is why it continues to floor me that Foreman is the one who Cuddy offered a Diagnostics team, the only one to temporarily head a Diagnostics team, and the one still on House's team. He's just not as good as I think they think the audience is supposed to believe he is.

Anyone else, when House said, "little fingers, little toes" automatically think "little high, little low"?? Just me? Okfine. As you were. ETA: It's the Stuart Little motto: "Little heigh, little ho, Little hi, little low" Or maybe it's the other way round... anyway, that was the reference ;-)
