From tv.com: When a six-year-old boy is brought in with the same symptoms as another patient who died years ago under House's care, House believes the cases are identical and he can predict the course of the boy's illness. Meanwhile, the clinic hosts a poker night to benefit the oncology department.

Who here loved Wilson and House in their tuxes!?!?!? That's the first thign that comes to mind about this episode!

Me!! Me!! Me!! I loved all the House/Wilson stuff. RSL's reactions were priceless, especially the poker one where he 'killed two birds with one straight'

I have to find a way to work"killed two birds with one straight" into a conversation tomorrow. I HAVE to. :D

Oh, yeah. I forgot to say. TOTALLY one of the best episodes of House ever. :D

This is seriously probably one of my favorite episodes of all time. The poker thing was hilarious. I love Wilson at the end when he was all excited that he won. Just a great episode. And so many House/Wilson parts. I love the chemistry that Hugh and RSL give off.

House knocking over the whiteboard is one of my favourite scenes of the whole series. He's such a drama queen.

So I am re-watching this episode right now because of a discussion we're having on the Cameron thread. I just paused the DVD on the shot of House's file drawer (when he's about to grab Esther's old file). There's House's harmonica! Even better, there's House's PPTH ID badge!

What I wouldn't give to search through that drawer. I don't think even he knows all that's in there. **Flashes back to S3 blooper reel with the weird I think clay thing stuck to the pestle** Anyway, I can't decide whether House misspelling Esther's name on the whiteboard is his way of showing that he cares enough to learn her name but not to spell it, or HL just screwed up and they kept it.

House also has one of those "can of snakes" in his file cabinet drawer!!

Is it just me, or did Chase look like he was crying after that histiocytosis test?

Ian goes to a school outing at a museum. His teacher realizes his pants are soaked with blood. So, 6 or more hours later his parents take him to the emergency room. I just realized the time discrepancy between the teaser and the episode. The trip to the museum would have started early in the morning. Even if Ian didn't get sick until just before it was time to go home, it would have been 2 or 3 in the afternoon. And black tie fund raisers don't start at 3 p.m. And, with the amount of blood Ian had obviously lost, it wasn't a case of his being kept in the ER while more urgent patients went first. That was a pretty big blood loss for someone that size. And I want to jump House when he's wearing that tuxedo.
