I forgot about the ending Vogler scene (I only watched his stickly sweet board speech again because of RSL's great " this guy is full of bullshit" reaction shots as Wilson). House was unconcerned about his discovery as, of course, the transplant had already happened. That makes the criticism of her not getting therapy even less likely to me: now not only House, but Chase, Vogler and presumably Cuddy all knew and I'm sure probably the doctor who took over her extended care was notified by one if not all of those people. Since that other doctor (probably a cardiologist) would've taken over her case after the transplant it would be his, not House's, responsibility to recommend therapy. House I'm sure knew that once Cuddy et al. found out after the transplant they'd have no choice but to arrange the proper longterm care to insure Carly doesn't relapse. One more reason for House not do it, as we all know he doesn't do palliative care.
