From tv.com: Dr. House is intrigued by the symptoms of a schizophrenic woman, who displays mixed symptoms, including a tumor, but soon realizes the source of her problems isn't the obvious. House confronts his birthday and Chase confronts his past when the mother's son tries to keep up with her condition.

Couple of great lines: "I have a cane and I know how to use it." And House complimenting Cuddy on her suit, which makes her look both professional and womanly, especially the latter. This was an episode that shows House's deep decency - he does not reveal to the son that it was his mother who called Social Services on him. But being House, he can't resist telling the son that while he, House, who didn't want the son around while treating his mother, he told Cuddy (!) to call Social Services......
