1. One the most quoted and quotable episodes of the entire series. 2. A thousand people produce. Shore writes. Singer directs and nobody is yellow. 3. Sex kills and faking an illness to ditch work is bad karma. 4. CCF. Really enjoyed their interaction here. Cameron messing with Chase, Foreman warning both Chase and Cameron about the risks of mix signals. All working together, not quite believing House. 5. The clinic scenes are truly great. From House's little introduction "Bored Certified" to each of the patients to Cuddy's response to House little game. The word miserable is bandied out. 6. Marco! And the tale of the wrong pills begins. I love that in a way is a very simple situation, an everyday mistake that causes all the problems. 7. House-Wilson "It was perfect, it was beautiful" "Beauty often seduces us on the way to truth". Not a single wasted word in the entire conversation. H-W banter at its best. 8. Wilson is well-adjusted '' 9. One is the loneliest number. the end.

I note that in this episode and the prior two, House is not territorial about the White Board. Cameron uses it most. Wilson's line about that it wouldn't hurt House to be wrong now and then.... one of the many themes initiated in these first few episodes that will grow and develop over the next few years!

This really is one of the most quotable. I've rewatched it today and noted that the "which way does time go?" line never fails to crack me up. One thing I noticed was House's reaction, at the very end, when he found the colchicine pills. It wasn't even a faint smile. It was only the shadow of the though of one. Just brilliant.
