I've been rewatching Season One and enjoying it immensely. One thing that struck me, and please correct me if I'm wrong: does House seem to spend more time and be a bit friendlier to the patients? Maybe it's just the episodes I watched. I love how well structured the pilot is, even if everything seems to be orange. House and Wilson don't seem to have quite found their rhythm yet, but Cuddy is totally kick-ass. Also, Foreman seems much more relaxed and jokey than in later episodes. I knew he had more of a criminal past than "Moving The Chains" suggested.
